Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Taraz Knowledge Base application (the "Service"), operated by Taraz Technologies ("Taraz", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Taraz Knowledge Base is an internal tool that ingests documents into a private, access-controlled knowledge base and lets authorised members search and retrieve them. Access is granted by an administrator; the Service is not a public offering.

2. Accounts and authorised use

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any connected accounts secure, and for activity under your account.
• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with content and accounts you are authorised to use.
• You may not attempt to access documents outside the audience granted to you, disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits.

3. Connected accounts and Google data

When you connect a third-party account (including a Google account), you authorise the Service to access it only to perform the tasks you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you provide. You grant Taraz the limited right to process and store that content solely to operate the features you use. You are responsible for having the right to ingest the content you add.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Answers produced by the Service are generated from your documents and may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying them before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taraz Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; on request we will delete data associated with your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
